ILR eligibility if I am exceeding 180 days outside the UK

Hi Folks,
I am on Tier 2 General visa and I came in the UK in June 2013 and went back to India in Sept 2013. Then I came back again in May 2014 until today. If I calculate the exact days then I was 240 days outside the UK.
The reason for the outside UK was working from India for the same organisation and same client and I came back on the same visa ( Tier 2 General).
In given circumstances, am I eligible to apply for ILR this year as I am completing 5 years duration in May 2018?
Can someone please advise and suggest if I can make it.

No. You clock reset in May 2014. You'll be eligible for ILR in May 2019 if you have not bee outside the UK more than 180 day after may 2014. What is your current BRP expiry date and when you were issue initial Tier 2?

That wont work. 180 policy is extremely strict.
Can you provide the date you entered in May 2014?

Visa Start date - 12 June 2013
Enter in UK - 29 June 2013
Went back - 27th Sept 2013
Came again - 25 May 2014

Based on above you complete 5 years on 25th May 2019. You can apply ILR on / after
