Hi Members,

I recently applied ILR after completing over 5 years on a tier 2 general visa. I sent my application in on the 2-11-17, payment taken on the 8-11-17, received a confirmation on the 10-11-17, BRP readings submitted on the 13-11-17. The set (O) application form that i used was Version 11/2016 and i have now only just realised that there was a new set (O) form to be used from the 30-10-17 (version 10/2017)

Is my application going to get refused because i sent in the wrong form by a couple of days?

I dont think so because normally they give 21 days. So if a new form is introduced on 1st Nov they still accept old forms up until 21 Nov. I think so

Thanks for the reply, I was sure there had to be some leeway but needed to check. So stressful waiting to hear about it, really wish i had applied in person.

Not it is perfectly fine. The old form will be accepted for up to 21 days after the new version is released
