ILR eligibility date for someone who started on Fiance visa

Question about a person who came to the UK on fiance visa and then changed to FLR(M) visa after getting married. Does the 5 year period for the ILR application start from the time the person arrived in the UK on the fiance visa or does it start when the FLR(M) visa was issued?
