Hi everyone,
I applied for ilr in 2016 through tier 1general dependant visa and got refusal on basis of tax amendment in the year 2010,I have gone for one day service and got refusal same day,my leave to remain expired and I posted the second application within 14days time(28 grace period) now my application is still under process,I completed my 10years my question is, Am I eligible to apply 10yrs route or I got break confused, can any one suggest me the solution asap.

The tax deception won't miraculously disappear. If you were refused for tax amendments previously, it will still be a reason to refuse under Long Residence.

Thank you casa,but I want to know am I eligible for 10yrs route,I know they can reject 10yrs route. becoz,I applied my second application in grace period in 2016,is my 10yrs route counted,and one more good question can I vary my visa now to tier 2,from second application.
