Urgent Advice needed Regarding which FLR ??

Hello Every one
Can any one please suggest me an advice ,my wife has completed 2 level 7 in Uk and she hasn’t got enough percentage to go for level 8 because of a week time !
At present I’m on Tier 4 dependant and I stayed in this country for 7 years,we had a baby of 14 months old and having Indian passport .
I need to stay for 3 more years to get ILR,and my visa is running out in a week time,please suggest me ?
And one of my friend suggested to send family to india and get student admission from their and i stay here by dropping FLR! Once they come by student visa on PHD/ Level 8 i can vary to student dependant, pls suggest me if it is going to work out?
