Dear Experts,
Greetings

I am writing here to seek your expert advice.

Details of my current situation:

I have a Tier 2 General Visa sponsored by my company.

Below are the details of my Visa.
Visa Issue Date : 09/Dec/2014
Visa Expiry Date : 30/Dec/2019
Date when I arrived in UK was on 28/Feb/2015.

Current Eligibility Criteria for ILR application is:

1. Should have Tier 2 General Visa. [Yes I have it]
2. Living & Working in UK for 5 Years & spent no more than 180 days outside UK.
3. Employer to provide a document confirming my requirement for the job. [Understand from my seniors in the organization that this is a process by the HR team & they will provide a document]
4. Pay 35000 or more. [Yes my pay is more than the requirement]

Question:

1. As I arrived in UK on 28/Feb/2015 which makes 81 days after the VISA was granted.
2. My Job start date was from 1/Mar/2015 in UK.

Will the above 2 question, be an issue for me when I put in my ILR application.

Thank you
Regards
Vyshak

To answer your questions.

1. No it will not be an issue however make sure you have spent no more than 180 days outside the UK in a year. The 81 days will be considered as absence.

2. Not a problem.
