ILR - Issue with Hike in Salary

Hi
I worked for a 'Company A' in London as a Web developer from Sep 2011 till Jan 2017 which is just above 5 years tenure, and by the time I left the 'company A' , my salary was only £2700/annum after a series of small increments (~1 to 2%). I am on Tier 2 (General) visa which was sponsored by 'Company A' during January 2013. During my 5 year tenure I repeatedly asked for a proper hike and company put it down saying they cannot afford it.

Knowing I have a good experience in hand and my market rate is much better outside, I then opted to find a job as well as a Tier 2(General) Sponsor. I started my search in 2016 and finally found a job with a sponsor in Jan 2017, as you may well know how difficult or time taking it is to find a permanent job along with Tier 2 (Gen) sponsor.

Having found a new Job, now my salary is £43,000/annum based on my experience and knowledge on Web or Software development. This salary is normal for a medium to Senior level DotNet Professional like me, as per my analysis.

Question:
Now my question is (you would have guessed by now), The increase in my salary is very high just before my ILR application. I have booked my appointment and is on 2nd Feb 2018 which is upcoming Friday. How worst or bad is this going to effect my ILR application? How could I defend myself if questioned? Can I say changing the company have given me the correct raise that suits my skill level? Please let me know what else points can I put forward on the table to defend myself.

Just like everyone, I have reached this point (of applying ILR) after a great hard work and thought it is just enough to be on or above £35,000/annum by the time of application. But after going through this holy bible of immigration posts, I came to know from few posts that HO may find it in a negative way with such a huge raise in salary just before ILR application.

Has anyone got succeeded or rejected with such situation?

Gurus, please help me with your replies.

Sorry, my Salary with Company A was '£27,000/Annum' and is not '£2700/Annum''

You changed sponsors, I don't believe this will be an issue re salary.

The red flag is when the salary increase is with the existing sponsor shortly before ILR to meet the minimum salary criteria.

Hi All,
I got my ILR approved yesterday at Croydon Premium Service Centre. I was called in between my visa processing and was asked to submit P60s and P45s as I have had 3 Employers (including current one) during my Tier 2 (Gen) tenure. I provided them along with HMRC Employment History letters.
