Hi Experts,

I have got my ILR visa in May 2017 through Tier 2 general visa route. However, my wife qualified for an ILR as a Tier 2 dependant as of January 2018.
My questions are:
1. Does she need to apply through Set (O) form?
2. Will she need employer letter and leaves of absence letter from employer?
3. Will she require her P60s?
4. If I have changed jobs within the validity period of her Tier 2 dependant visa, will it have any impact on her application? (considering the sponsor would have cancelled my sponsorship after I switched to ILR Visa)

4. No issue. She is dependent on YOU not your Tier 2 sponsor.

Hi,

My wife came to UK as a Tier 2 General Dependant visa in Feb 2013. However, I received my ILR in May 2017. Therefore, we could not apply for an ILR in one application.

I have 2 questions linked to this situation:

1. Now that she has qualified for an ILR, Should she apply as a primary applicant in Set(O) form? If yes, then should those sections be ignored wherein it asks the details of dependant person?

2. Apart from my passport and ILR which other supporting documents will be required from me?
