Eligibility for LR application on spouse/partner visa

Hi all,
I have been a silent visitor on this site for many years and have also got a lot of valuable information over the years from here - so I appreciate and respect all the efforts here.
My immigration history is as follows:
1. Student Visa - Sept 1st 2008 to 31st Jan 2012 (Entered the UK in the 13th of September 2010)
2. Post Study Work Visa – 13th Jan 2010 to 13th jan 2012
3. Tier 2 general - 7th February 2012 to 1st Jan 2015
4. Tier 2 renewal – 5th December 2014 to 7th February 2018
Got married to a British citizen and applied for a Spouse/Partner visa in February 2015
5. Spouse/Partner permit – 2nd March 2015 to 22nd Sept 2017
6. Spouse/Partner permit renewal – 20th Oct 2017 to 8th May 2020
I am currently on spouse/partner permit and will be 10 years in the UK on 13th September this year (2018)
Questions
1. I intend to apply for 10 years long residency from the 15th of August 2018, Is SET (LR) the correct form for me? I assume I can apply 28 days to my 10 year anniversary? Hence 15th August, as I entered the UK in the 13th of September.
2. Will my spouse need to come along with me for a same day appointment application?
3. Seeing as I would have been married for 3 years, will I be able to apply for naturalisation right after I receive my ILR or will I need to wait till after 12 months
4. Are there any advantages/disadvantages to wait till 5 years of marriage and apply for SET (M) – 5 years spouse route? Vs 10 years long residency now?
Thanks in advance for your kind & expert opinions
