discretionary leave to indefinite leave to stay

hello
i am applying for indefinite leave to remain after 6 years discretionary leave and confuse which form i shout fill set (o) or set (lr). i am living in UK for last 14 years total now. Before discretionary i was student spouse.
please help

If applying on completion of 6 years DLR (minus 28 days) you would use form SET(O).

Why were you granted DL in the first place?
