Hi all,

I came to UK with student visa in September 2010
Applied PSW in December 2011
Applied Tier 4 visa (PhD) and valid till May 2017
In January 2017 I have applied FLR (FP) but was refused in September 2017 and I applied FLR (M) within 14 days and my application is approved.

May I know can I apply ILR in September 2020?

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.

May I know "no" in terms of long residency is not broken or "no" in terms of I could not apply ILR in September 2020.

Thanks

I think "NO" is the answer of above question.

I do not think your lawful period is broken as you can have maximum 14 days of gap between applications after you were refused in September 2017.
