Hi everybody.
We're a bit stucked with this issue so I wanted to get your opinions.
My friend came to the UK as a minor on 2011 September. His asylum claim is refused at that time. He appealed for it. It's accepted. Then HO appealed, at the end he won the case. They've started his asylum claim beginning from 2013 October. But at that time being he didn't have a Brp card. They sent the brp card after this court things finished (on March 2017).
So, as he is in the country from 2011 October and his asylum claim is granted on 2013 October without a Brp card till 2017 March, when he can apply for ILR?

How could they have granted his asylum claim in October 2013 when his court things finished in March 2017?

We asked the documents from HO recently and in the documents, they made it starting from October 2013. We thought as he won in the court in 2017, they started from 2013 as a legal right

We better make an application to HO and see their reply.
So, it's free to apply to Set p for a refugee and no need for an English exam, right?
