Urgent: Driving offence & ILR

Hi

I’m applying for ILR next month, in Se2017 I had a road traffic accident, I received an invitation from Metropolitan police to attend a National Driver Alertness Course. The wording in the letter is “On the evidence available to me, I believe that you may have committed an offence contrary to Section 3 of Road traffic Act 1988 by driving without due care or without reasonable consideration for the other road users. Instead of any proceeding I consider to offer you an opportunity to attend a National Driver Alertness Course.”
My question is should I give disclosure while applying for ILR?

It is not fixed penalty nor convection; your urgent help will be really appreciated.

You only need to disclose convictions which are handed only in the courts.

Correct me Zimba if I am wrong

We have to disclose criminal convictions ONLY. So even if a motoring conviction is given in court, and its not criminal conviction (like its speeding or something), then we do not have to disclose it
