UK Naric For Tier2 to ILR applicants

Hello,
With regards to tier2 to ILR application for language requirement If I graduated in the UK and got my degree from British university do I still need to get the certificate from NARIC ?
There is one option in the form which says
˗˗the qualification was taught or researched in the UK
or a majority English speaking country (other than
Canada) -> I think this would be the right option please advise
and do you know if I should go for red report ?
