Dear All

My background-

I received my ILR in July 2017 (after 5 years Tier 2 general).
My wife and son who are my dependents completed their 5 years stay in UK in September 2017.
Wife has passed now Life in UK test and English Language (Trinity B1).
She has been working since last 4 years (and has been on dependent visa) .
Our Son is 12 years old.
We all stay together.
Now wife and son will apply for ILR.

My questions -
1)I believe my wife will need to submit her payslips and employment letter(of absences from UK).
2)Does my son need to pass any tests(Life in UK /English)
3) Which form should be used for ILR ? Is there a separate form for my son ?

Please reply ASAP.
Thank you.
Arijit :D

No
3) Which form should be used for ILR ? Is there a separate form for my son ?

Your child under 18 can apply on your application form if they’re eligible.
