1- what is the earliest point at which applicant can apply for ilr ? ( would partner count 28 days early from visa expiry date or 28 days early at point of competing 5 years in the uk ? will be in uk for 5 years on 22/09/18 ...

2. english test provided with spouse visa and flrm will also suffice here ?

3- life in the uk can be done at any time before visa ? can it be done now ? 8-9 month early

4- as partner of british citizen , when can the partner apply for british passport after getting ilr.
