I am applying ILR next month. I have 3 queries. Please can you advise?

Immigration history:
First entry in UK - 14th April 2011
since then I have in and out of UK on business trips. As business trips were more than 180 days in 2011/12 I have not yet applied ILR.
Now I am applying ILR based on qualifying period 15th March 2013 - 14th March 2018. During this period my absences do not exceed 180 days for any 12 months.
However from 15th March 2013 to 20th April 2013 I was not in UK. I entered UK on 21st April 2013.
Throughout my stay in UK I was on Tier1 General visa.

1) Is the qualifying period 15th March 2013 - 14th March 2018 ok ? or do I need to consider qualifying period from the date I re-entered UK i.e. from 21st April 2013 ?

2) For below question on the SET(O) form what should I enter - 14th April 2011 or 21st April 2013 ?

6.1 When did you first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry in the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

3) For the question how long you have been living in the UK can I enter the duration from my first entry 14th April 2011? or should it be from re-entry date 21st April 2013?

I have asked this query few days ago but there were no replies. Probably I gave too much detail making it confusing... sorry about it. I will try to make it simple this time.

I was on Tier1 General visa from 2011 without any gap.

My first entry in UK - 14th April 2011.
2011 and 2012 - I have not stayed much in the UK. I was on business trips.
2013 - I re-entered UK on 21st April 2013.

I am applying ILR on 14th March 2018. So going 5 years back from this date makes my ILR qualifying period as 15th March 2013 - 14th March 2018.

However during beginning of the qualifying period I was not in UK (on business trip). I have employer letter to confirm this. I was paid in UK payroll throughout the qualifying period including the period when I was on business trips.

Do I meet the continuous period requirement?
