Seeking advice regarding ILR Application

As per the immigration rules ILR application can be made 28 days before the 5 year qualifying period.

My dates are:

Tier 2 (General) visa start Date :- 15-Mar-2013
Completing 5 years on :15 March 2018
Hence my qualifying date is: 15 Feb 2018 (28 days before)

I am applying in person at a premium service centre. My in-person appointment for the ILR application is scheduled for 06th March 2018. However, I have booked this appointment on 17th January 2018.

My query is - the date i booked the premium service centre appointment was 17 Jan 2018 which was before my 28 days qualifying period. Would this be an issue ?

No. Date of application is the date of your appointment.

After i booked the premium service appointment. System generated the confirmation PDF.

On the PDF it states the Date of Application: 17 Jan 2018
Shall i ignore it?

Hi ALL,
I am on hourly pay and it varies every month because no of working days are different each calendar month. I am attaching last 3 months pay slips. Not sure how shall i answer this question as salary is variable each month. Could you please advise what would be the best answer for:

Section 5 Question 5.3 What is your pay each month after income tax and other deductions?
