Getting in contact re. Payment

Hi, I’ve recently applied for ILR via 10 year basis, problem is my payment got stopped via fraud team at my bank over a week ago and a second attempt has not been made for payment... no contact from anyone... I’m starting to stress as my current visa now only has 10 day’s validity... any idea how I can contact anyone try take payment again?
