Wife's visa history and status -

Wife got ILR through Tier-2 General (5 year) route on 17-Jan-2017. Valid till 31-Dec-2024

Wife applied for Naturalisation on 18-Jan-2018

My current visa history and status -

Tier 2 (ICT) ST granted on 4-Nov-2014 (from India). Valid till 3-Nov-2015. Entered UK on 29-Nov-2014.

PBS Dependant granted on 15-Aug-2015 (Switched in UK). Valid till 05-Feb-2018

PBS Dependant extended on 24-Jan-2018 (Extended in UK). Valid till 24-Jan-2021

I will be eligible for ILR on 15-Aug-2020 (or 28 days prior), on completion of 5 years as a Partner of a Settled Person.

If wife gets Citizenship, then when I am eligible for ILR, do I use Set(O) or Set(M) form for applying.

Regardless of when your spouse gets citizenship, you can apply for ILR after 5 years on PBS dependent using form SET(O).

Set(M) is ONLY for spouse on the Appendix FM spouse settlement visa route, which you are not on.
