all,
a friend wife is abroad due to illness and exceptional circumstances and does not have permission to fly back to the uk by doctor
she had reunion visa which has expired but the sponser here applied and included a letter explaining the situation and included a covering letter.
they sent the form back asking for her wife pictures and signature on the form applying for his dependents.
all sent back, would homeoffice grant brp to his wife without her submitting finger print and not being presence in the uk ?
husband has been sent brp enrollment letter
