Hi all,

The home office has taken my ILR visa fee out twice, once at the beginning of November and then again yesterday after requesting me to fill out a new payment form last week. How do i go about getting a refund for the payment taken out in November? There is nothing clear on their website and I can never get through on there contact number.

Good old fashioned letter is the best option. Send it through to the same place you posted the form. Send it recorded so you have proof of postage.
