Want to ask some question about tier2 to ILR settlement process please help me :-

1. i firstly got tier2 visa on 14th october 2013 and then extended in oct2016 for further 3 years.so when i can apply for ILR. is it any time after 14th SEPT2018..?

2.My Wife joined me as a tier2 dependent on july 2015. and extended in oct2016 for 3 year.my question is

=> is she eligible for ILR with me or not.

=> if not what route she need to follow as she not going to tier2 dependent if i grant ILR in sept2018.

=>is she need to apply for my ILR dependent same time i am going to apply .

please suggest me because she need to do life in uk and english test .

No she is not eligible for ILR. She requires 5 years residence.

She can extend her tier 2 dependent visa until she qualifies for ILR.

just wana ask how she can extend as tier2 depend as if i am on ILR by that time ....?

so she will counted as ILR dependent ot TIER2 dependent ...?
