Can a ccj prevent me from being issued indefinite leave to remain as a refugee?

No they don't, I have a friend who had couple of CCJ's on his file and he had a very smooth ride.
They don't do your credit checks unless you've been involved in any kind of corrupt activities or financial fraud your good to go :)

From my understanding, it shouldn't affect it, but it should be declared as it is normally issued through the court.

Although this may not affect it for an application of ILR, if you plan to naturalise as a British citizen, it most likely will have negative impact on that application.

Thanks very much, less nervous now as I just submitted my application last week.
