ILR (Via Tier 2 PBS Dependants): Documents Required

Hi All,
As I got my ILR on 3rd Feb 2018 with your great support, now I am looking for help applying ILR for my wife and child.
They currently have Tier 2 PBS Dependant visa with the below details
PBS Dependants (Spouse and one Child):

Tier 2 General (3 Years)----------------13 February 2013-----19 November 2015
Tier 2 General Extension (3 Years)------30 October 2015------02 December 2018
I have following documents prepared for the same day appointment on 05 April 2018
Documents for Spouse/child:
1. SET(O) filled and signed (Spouse as main applicant and child as dependent)
2. Appointment booking and payment confirmation
3. Passport
4. BRP
5. Passport size photos - 2
Documents for Spouse:
1. Life in the UK test Pass notification letter
2. Degree certificate
3. Medium of instruction letter from the university
4. UK Naric certificate confirming the equivalent level of degree
5. Letter from her detailing reasons for absences though no more than 180 days in 12 month period
6. Marriage Certificate
7. Tenancy Agreement of last 3 years with both of our names on it
8. Council tax receipts with both of our names on them
9. Water utility receipts of last 2 years with both of our names on it
10. Gas utility receipts of last 1.5 years with both of our names on it
Documents for child:
1. Birth Certificate
Documents from me (ILR holder):
1. Passport and BRP
I have few questions to be clarified as below
Question 1: Is it mandatory for me to be with them for the appointment?
Question 2:
Should I include her payslips and her bank statements as she is working as contractor and director of her limited company?
OR
Should I include my payslips and my bank statements to show the maintainance fund and sign section 13 for their financial support?
Question 3:
Are the documents listed above good enough or anything missing?
If you could clarify these things, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
