Hi All,

I am going to apply for my ILR (Set M) soon. My visa is going to expired on 28th April 2018.

I have booked and paid for my appointment on 17th March 2018 ( my appointment date is on 26th April 2018).

My question is : Is my application date 17th March 2018 or 26 April 2018 ? I am worried about the 28 days qualifying period. If its 17th March 2018 then it is outside my qualifying period.

Is my application considered online or I still have to fill in the paper form as usual?

Can someone please help to clarify? Thanks a lot!

The date of application is the date of your appointment and not the date you booked it online.

You can apply any time WITHIN 28 days before reaching 5 years residence (could be different to visa expiry date).

On what date did you first ENTER the UK on a spouse visa??

I first entered UK on student visa on Sept 2009 for a year, the PSW for 2 years and then 60 months on Partner's visa.
