Does 6th April Deadline applies on PBS Dependent (tier 1) ILR too??

Hello there,
I became a british citizen through tier 1 general route back in 2014.
my wife is on PBS dependent and now eligible for ILR (5 years) she is preparing for LIUK and English test.
Just wondering if this 6th april deadline for ILR by tier 1 general applies on her too?
Kindly advice.

It does not apply to Tier 1 General Dependents.
It is only applicable to main Tier 1 G migrants.

Can I ask another question too
1. She has never worked in UK. does she need to send any financial documents for maintenance funds??
I cant find any specific requirements for that in the form SET (O).
I can always attach my bank statements as supporting but I have always kept it straight and simple and never had any problems before.

No. There is no maintenance fund requirement for ILR.
I can always attach my bank statements as supporting but I have always kept it straight and simple and never had any problems before.
Attach your payslips and bank statement.
