Hi,

I would like to know if tier 1 general dependants can apply for ILR after 6 April 2018? I know it will be closed for Tier 1 general application. I wasn’t sure about dependants.

Thank you.

Yes.

The cut off only applies to Tier 1 General main visa holders.

Hi

I had Calle day the home office today and they just read out from website and say that this cut off is for all tier 1 applicants. Please can you point me to any guideline where it mentions that this cut off is not applicable to dependents?

Page 2 of the Set(O) form, note 1 at the bottom. It does not include PBS dependents.

As usual, HO call centre has given out incorrect information or you have asked your questions in an obscure way that they perhaps did not understand.

Note 1: Tier 1 (General) migrants and Highly Skilled migrants under the terms of the HSMP ILR
