When does your spouse qualify for ILR?
Children born abroad are expected to hold ILR before they qualify to apply for citizenship when either parent is also applying for citizenship or is British and the other parent holds ILR.

Hi cr001,
My wife will be qualifying with me , and my daughter born outside uk and came after we came here , so she will have to get ilr before applying citizenship?
Thanks

Yes, ILR first and British citizenship when either parent also applies for citizenship.
Include your daughter with your application for ILR. Small children do not have to meet the 5 years residence.
