Suggestion for Employment creation

Hi
Am applying for Tier1 entrepreneur 200k 5yrs route ilr in April 2018 .I got extension in sep 2016 and my intial visa approved in Feb 2013.In April 2014 I have taken over a business(bought an existing business for 10 years lease) with one employee transferred as TUPE. But i got only last month FPS(March 2014) from business which i taken over, in that FPS they got 4 employees but as i said early in this message i got only one employee by TUPE. Reaming 3 employees left the job before I have taken over in April 2014
For my ilr do i need to show 30 hrs(tupe employee hours ) + 60 hours for 12 months or
I need to show all the ex-company employees ( 90 hrs) +60 hrs

But for my extension, my accountant said in covering letter as i got 1 employee by TUPE and I got my visa after the interview

Can any help with a good suggestion please

When you take over a business, as per Tier 1E rules any position that is in that company must be maintained + two EXTRA positions that you need to create on top. So if you took over the business with 1 position, you need to create two more to score job creation points. In total your company must always have at least 3 positions in order to score job creation

Thanks for quick response

Got a Small query regarding application
B6b. Please tick to indicate that the additional specified documents below have been supplied:
--A duplicate HMRC Full Payment Submission for the year before the jobs were created
and the year that the jobs were created and signed by the applicant; or

--If the business started employing staff for which points are being claimed before they
were reporting under Real Time, a form P35.

For the above question i only got 1 FPS(March 2014) from the business i taken over .As i said in that FPS 1 employee came as TUPE.
But am not able to get FPS from Apirl 2013 to Feb 2014 from that company .
Does 1 FPS is enough for UKVI to satisfy the above requirement as i got 1 employee by TUPE?
While extension i submitted March2014 FPS and explained 1 employee came in TUPE and got my Visa extended

If you kept the same employee for 24 months after extension, then you can claim the points for ILR. You do not need FPS from 2013

So i just need to show only 2 employees and attach the March 2014 FPS for B6b option
