Alhmdo Lilah He Rabil Almeen,
(This is my follow up post as my previous topic was locked by the admins).
after a hard strugle of two years i got my ILR 4 weeks ago. got the consent order and during reconsieration got the positive decsion. just after the PAP i involved my MP and said to him that if in future if HO decision proved to be unlawfull then SSHD have to pay my legal costs as well as all damages like loss of income and other damges. my MP is very supportive and he said he will raise the issue with SSHD and got the reply from my MP that home office is agree to pay me costs as well damages. so now my solicitors will send them the cost assessments of damages.
I will say to all dont lose the hope and use your all your domocratic rights if you are not wrong.
Best of luck to all.

@mk_engr
From your previous post it seems you got JR permission in oral hearing in Dec 2016.
What happen after that ?
How come you are saying now (in March 2018 ) during your PAP they reconsidered and you got an ILR ?
You are also saying you got involved MP in the PAP now?
What are we missing ?
Thanks,
Sid

Hi ,
I am a silent reader on this forum for over 2 years ,my old ID has been de activated for some reason so in order to post i had to make new ID.
I have same issue as above Tier 1 general leading to ILR
Refused on basis on 322(5).
Applied may 2016
Refused september 2017
AR ,PAP REFUSED and now JR refused on papers on 14th May 2018, the solicitor didnt make up strong grounds for claim.
I am going for oral hearing.
All tax paid however amendment was done for 2010 -11 before ILR set the basis for refusal.

Congrstulations on your success,i think the main difference in these cases is self awareness and of course how good your solicitor is in dealing with such cases,I have seen striaghtforward cases been refused due to careless work of solicitors. At the end of the day you are going to suffer,Leaving everything on solicitor might not be a good idea,Do your own research, find a good lawyer and things might change.
I am at the oral hearing stage and things are not looking good,I hired solicitor at the PAP stage onwards,Did AR myself and pointed out various casework errors on accounting periods and income figures quoted wrong on decision letter which were subsequently corrected in AR but decision still maintained.
Not sure what is the further course of action if Oral hearing is also turned down by Judge.i will complete 10 years in Uk in september 2018.

So you assumed it had been deactivated when in fact it has not. It will now be deactivated though.

It doesn't mean the account was 'deactivated', which is the point I am making. I have now been deactivated though after you registered a new username.
