So what evidence of subsisting relationship and cohabitation did you submit and what period did this cover?

Hi Team I am sharing my experience for migration team interview Liverpool which I attended today
Here is my back ground ILR 5 year spouse route apply Croydon same day but they called us for interview

Me and my went today in Liverpool and they did first my wife interview and than after mine
They are very strict and made us very nervous in interview they were said a lot of time we don't believe ur relationship is genuine and they used very strict tone and because of that our 50% answer don't match

In the end they told my wife it's definitely a case of Shame marriage and than we left the building

I don't know what will happen next as my documents were quite strong and we did manage to match a lot of basic life style questions but due to presure we messed up some general questions as well but we told them we are tired and due to work presure we don't remember things

Anyone able to help me and guide me what will happen next I will highly appreciate plz plz reply

You are in a very delicate situation here.
Looking at some of the mismatched answers.

If truly you are married, no amount of stress will make you forget this.
Reason being that you must have worn the ring on your fingers. Even if you dont like wearing rings you will always remember ring exchange because it is more of a wedding ritual.

All the mismatched answers can not be overlooked because they are pretty basic.
They might forgive questions involving favourite food, colour and stuff like that but real life situation, I am sorry.

I wish you best of luck

Unlikely you will get a similar experience for Set(M) ILR application. Interviewing spouses is NOT very common at all for this application.

Hopefully you are not refused on the basis of genuine relationship. If so, the case will be very complicated as you need to convince the HO actually your relationship is real.

Honestly you didn't provide very strong evidence to prove your relationship is genuine or you really living together. To the HO, all those council tax, utility or phone bill were not very strong evidence at all if they start to doubt. None of them will really check if the person really live in the home address. You just report names to council whom over 18 living in the premise, also utilities. Phone company basically no checking you just tell them where you are living...... In conclude, if they doubt, those bills won't be helpful.... unfortunately.....

for my wife's ILR (she was my PBS dependent at that moment), I printed all bank statements of us and showed all money transfer to my wife since she entered the UK, regularly every month. (I highlighted them all)
Luckily we are not rent but own a flat thus having both of our names in the lease, which is a extremely strong financial tie together.
Also passport stamps we travelled together, with photos of the destination as evidences.
Also printed her online shopping records: 2-3 transaction every year, showing the delivery address and can be tracked and match in the bank statement.
I also wrote a cover letter separately to guide the case worker how to read these evidences above as our genuine in relation and living together.

Your solicitor/ lawyers won't be helpful because you cannot deny that HO cast the doubt to you logically that you may not live together and not genuine in relation, as unfortunately you and your wife cannot match some memorable questions, like wedding, and decoration of your home etc... even appeal or even put the case into the court you are not in favour, because they only judge based on the evidences you provided for application and your answers in the interview. As the HO decision (if they rejected you) is not illogical, especially such basic and factual questions cannot be matched.... unless your lawyer can point out these questions are not helpful to decide your relationship and cast the doubt actually the HO is wrong. Honestly, less likely it is the case.

If you unfortunately rejected but you appeal or even put the case to the court but eventually lose, just make your chance to be successful in future even more slimmer.

If you really unfortunately rejected, make a fresh application and instruct a solicitor for a cover letter to explain why the previous application was refused will be much cost-effective in time and money than appeal or put the case into the court. Provide better evidences that the HO cannot deny or cast doubt.

Think carefully what evidences you can provide which are objective but can be shown in daily life basis. Hopefully you success.
