Hi, this is my first post and I apologise if this has been discussed earlier. I will be applying for my ILR soon through T2 General 5 yrs route. I have a history of 2 traffic convictions (MS90 & SP50) but the convictions were well before 24 months. I was awarded points and paid a fine in the court for both convictions. While filling the set O form, I'm a bit confused on where to declare the traffic convictions.

Q1. Should I tick yes to section 7.1 and provide details in section 7.2?
Q2. Should I tick yes to section 7.3 and provide details in section 7.4?
Q3. Should I tick yes to section 7.5 and provide details in section 7.6?

PS: I did browse through and couldn't find anything really concrete in the website and hence have posted a separate thread.

Guys, I'm not sure how my post is unnoticed.. I need some urgent suggestions here.

And my question might be really straight forward for senior members.. Where do I declare my traffic court convictions in Set O form (that are older than 24 months).

This may be helpful to someone in the future. I declared both my traffic offences (both convicted by court but before 24 months) in section 7.2 (after ticking yes in 7.1 Criminal conviction) and in the cover letter explained my situation. Today at Sheffield premium centre, I was granted ILR with no fuss.

Thanks for this post . I'm in a same situation , had MS90 and it is more than 24 months . I am planing to apply for ILR next month . Please can you let me know or send me a sample of your cover letter on things i need to mention.
