Yes, provided it meets the requirements calculated from the date you first entered the UK.

Hi
I thought 28 days are from the day visa was valid? or is it from the day arrived in the UK?
Thanks

Please read what the OP wrote and the basis of their ILR. It is long residence ILR, which starts from the date of ENTRY to the UK.

Hi Guru CR001
My first Tier 2 General biometric card shows date of 6th June 2013, so 28days before my 5 years would be 10th May 2018, can I book appointment for 10th May itself ?

Please start your own topic or continue in one you already have instead of tagging onto another members thread which is about long residence ILR. It is considered rude and unfair to the poster of this topic and it creates confusion when/if members respond.
