I am currently on ILR and now in process of submission of ILR application for my wife as PBS Dependant.

Have got following questions on that :

1. I assume we need to use SET(O) form with Dependant being shown as Main Applicant ?

2. Do we have to demonstrate any financial / maintenance requirement ?

3. Do I have to submit any of mine Bank Statements / Payslips along with her application ?

4. Does she need to submit any of her Bank Statements ?

5. I have cohabitation proof for 5 years, I assume this should be fine ?

2. No.

3. Ideally to show you can maintain yourselves. People usually submit 3 months of each.

Further, On Point No. 3 ( On my Bank Statements / Payslips for her application ) - Is there a minimum fund I need to show in my account to maintain myself and dependant ?
