Hi Gurus,
Could you please check my information and let me know if I am eligible for ILR.
I have started working in UK from 06.12.2008 (Work Permit).
Work permit Valid from 15th November 2008 to 15th September 2010
Tier 1 General - Valid from 23.06.2010 to 23.06.2015
Tier 2 General - Valid from 15.07.2015 to 15.08.2018

Please find my absence details below.
2009:
Went to India for 17 days - from 07.08.2009 to 24.08.2009
In the month of October I was away for 4 days

2010
Went to India for 18 days from 22.04.2010 to 10.05.2010
Moved to TIER 1 General from June 2010
2011
Went to India for 15 days from 12.01.2011 to 27.01.2011
Went to India for 26 days from 01.09.2011 to 26.09.2011

Renewed TIER 1 General to June 2015.
2012
Went to India for 24 days from 23.11.2012 to 17.12.2012

2013-2014
I was away for 154 days from 06.05.2013 (left to India because of personal reasons and started working in India) to 07.10.2013 (Came back to apply for PR)
Applied for PR and due to emergency (Cancer to blood relative), cancelled the appointment. Money was refunded.

And I was away for 109 days from 07.11.2013 to 23.02.2014

2014-2015
And I left UK on 30.04.2014 and returned on 07.08.2015 (TIER 2 General from August 2015). total 464 days.

2016
Went to Europe for 11 days from 24.12.2015 to 04.01.2016
Went to India for 23 days from 08.07.2016 to 31.07.2016

2017 - Absences
18.01.2017 to 05.02.2017 - 18 days
05.07.2017 to 15.07.2017 - 10 days
04.10.2017 to 09.10.2017 - 5 days

Kindly check the details and let me know if you need more information.

Now my sponsor is not renewing my VISA, so I am checking the possibilities of my eligibility for PR.

Your post isn't clear on what route to ILR you are thinking of, tier 2 PBS or 10 years long residence (which you don't qualify for)??

I guess you mean ILR not PR. PR is only for EEA citizens

I do not see how you could be eligible for ILR as you do not have 5 years under Tier 2 and also had an absences of more than 180 days which breaks your continuous period of stay so you cannot get long residence ILR either

With TIER 1 General , I was eligible in 2013 November. I paid the fee and due to emergency I had to cancel PEO appointment and leave. Can I place that request again? Showing my email correspondences?

No, as that has passed now and you can't now go back and say 'sorry, I want to apply based on qualifying in 2013' and your long absence of 464 days breaks your residence.

Tier 1 General can no longer apply for ILR after today anyway. The route is completely closed now and you don't hold that visa any longer.

Your best option would be to find another sponsor and continue with Tier 2 till you meet the requirements for ILR based on 5 years Tier 2.
