When can I apply for ILR, just approved Entrepreneur extension need opinion.

Dear respected members and gurus,
Apologize if this is wrong place for this topic, but I need your valuable opinions, I applied for entrepreneur initial application on 03-04-2014, and granted for 3 years, than applied for extension 03-04-2017, and granted for two years, visa will expire on March 2020, some people suggest that we can apply for ILR next year in April (because we will complete 5 years in this route), and according to some we have to apply before visa expires in 2020.
Need suggestions please
