Pay Rise Question

Hello Experts,

I will be eligible for ILR in November (5 Year route)
Details
Tier 2 Started:20-11-2013
Tier 2 Extension: 29-09-16 (around £50k)

I am planning to apply in late October or early November.

Question is will my salary increments be an issue ? I received a pay rise in November last year, might get one more before November this year (only few month before the application), but even when I made my application for extension I was making more than 35k. Will this pay rise raise a flag ?

Thanks,

I think the payrise is less concern, but if your job responsibility change or not. Your job must fall into the same SOC code. if not, you will have problem. Check this with your employer is important.

If the degree of payrise is abnormal, may flag up the HO.

I got my ILR based on Tier 2 (5years) last month and I had payrises every year throughout the 5 yr period, these were not reported to Home Office as they were annual increment so if you had payrise every or some years around the same time, it may count has Annual Increment and HO will be fine withit, I had no questions asked. Note that my role was same just moving to more experienced.
