I want to apply SET(LR), my first SET(0) application is pending and my wife is as a dependent, in this application we didn't mentioned our 2 children will it affect on our application or when we apply their passports?
If apply FLR(M) should we mentioned them there?
Should I apply spouse FLR(M) on same time when I apply SET(LR) or she should to wait until my decision?

Could you please help me what documents I need to attach for myself and my wife. If I don't have bills and bank statements from 2007 to 2010.
can I attach certificates and degrees 2007-2010?
Can I attach my country ID card?
Should I need to attach amended bill or SA 302 for years 2010-2011 it is very high amount I am not in a position to pay right now?

Of course you must mention the children. Not doing so is with holding material information. Why wouldn't you mention them

someone said, you and your dependent details are required for joint application you don't need to mention your children if you are not applying with you.

if i mention children now on my flrm form do they create an issue.

Changing to Set(LR) will NOT exempt you from HO checking your tax affairs.

In worst scenario if i refused on Set(0) there wouldn't appeal right.

on Set (LR) if refused i can go for appeal at least.

in other case my elder son is 4 years now.

am i eligible for ILR if my child is 7years?

There is no ILR for parents when children turn 7.

Please keep ALL your questions on the same application in a single topic (this one).

You will have to apply for your spouse at the same time as both your visas have expired while waiting for Set(O). If you vary to SET(LR), it will effect her PBS ILR application you are also waiting for. FLR(M) will reset your wife's clock to zero and she will have a new 5 year (2 X 2.5 year visas) period to ILR.

I got a refusal from HO on 10 Year LR,

Reason of refusal...
* 322 In addition to the ground for refusal of extension of stay set out in Part 2-8 of these Rules, the following provisions apply in relation to the refusal, leave to remain, variation of leave to enter or remain or , where appropriate, the curtailment of leave, except that only paragraphs (1A), (1B), (5), (5A),(9), and (10) shall apply in the case of an application made under paragraph 1591 of these Rules.
They give right of appeal 14 calendar days from the date of decision was made.
My son is 5 years and 2 months....can I apply for Leave to Remain on the behalf of my son's application lived continuously in the UK for at least 5 years?
