Hi all members. I came to UK in July 2008. and I was absent from UK for 18 months, and at that time i had post study work visa.now i am on entrepreneur visa and i have applied for extension but waiting for the decision. my 10 years will be completed in July 2018. so what option i have and can i do something to cover that gap. will be waiting for your kind suggestions. thanks

You cannot apply for long residence if you were absent for more than 6 months. So you do not meet the long residence criteria. You must wait to hear back regarding your extension and apply under 5 year Tier 1E rules
