You should answer them as accurately as you can. If you do not have lengthy gaps you should be fine anyway

No absence gap of more than 180 days from the UK
Max total absences of 540 days in the whole 10 year period

Thank you for reply.
What documents I need to send home office for 10 years ILR while Tier 1 Entrepreneur application pending and for my 2 dependents who are in uk from last 2 years.

My solicitor told me that, You will need to apply for your wife and child to switch as dependants on the form FLR (M), this means the following conditions will need to be met:
Your Wife will need to pass an English Language Test at Level A1, which she didn't?
You will need to show that in the last tax year you earned £22,400 before tax.
I am confused theses are the compulsory conditions for Tier 1 entrepreneur 10 years ILR?

Just the passports, LIUK test certificate and proof of English. This has nothing to do with your current immigration status

This has nothing to do with your current immigration status under Tier 1E.
When you get ILR under 10 year long residence route, your dependents cannot remain under PBS dependant visa (unlike the PBS 5 year settlement route). Instead they must change to become dependents of a settled person by applying for FLR(M) which has an income requirement. This also will reset their 5 year ILR clock to zero

Thank you @ zamba for reply.
Yesterday partial refund £600 transferred into my account which I paid £1800,1 main applicant and 2 dependents.
My question is still I can apply for 10 years ILR or have to wait for outcome of Tier 1 extension application?
If I apply for ILR I have to inform my caseworker or Tier 1 team that I varied application?

You simply apply for SET(LR) as normal and include a letter that simply says you want to vary the previous application to this one

Thank you @zamba88 for reply..
Actually I am filling 10 years LR form, and covering letter, my last question is
Came to Uk June 2008,
In December 2011 my Tier 4 general application rejected,
within 28 days submitted new Tier 4 application in 23rd February 2012 it was rejected again,
28th February 201submitted PSW application which was granted in August 2012.
Is my 10 years long residency break or because i got PSW it will be fine?

Thank you for your help in this regard.

It seems broken as you were rejected twice
