Co-habitation proof for ILR application

Hi,
I hold a Tier 2 General dependent visa since 03/04/2013 . My wife got her ILR in May 2017. I want to apply for my ILR soon.
Can you please clarify whether I need to provide cohabitation proof for two years or five years?
Dependent Visa issued on : 03/04/2013
Tier 2 Dependent Visa Expires: 15-05-2018
