You need 104 weeks worth of payslips. This should cover 24 months of work but it could be from multiple workers and people who worked in parallel under the transitional arrangement

Hi all.
my T1 ext approved in april 2018. my t1 grannted in march 2014.
i have 4 employes working for me.
all of them are sales
emp 1. 2 3 4
emp 1 sales manager. if emp 1 continues job till feb 2019 he will have 10 months of jobs.=43weeks
emp 2 sales assistant 1.
emp3 sales assistant 2
emp 4 sales assistant 3.
if emp 2 ,3,4 continues till feb 2019 then combines full time months 130 hours per month makes it 43 weeks x 3= 129 weeks
can i count 43 week for emp 1 sales manager plus 61 weeks from any of emp 2,3,4 to make it 104 weeks of job requirements.

I am assuming Empl 1 is full time, so that gives you 10 months FT.
You need another 14 months but you seem to have only 10 months by combining 2,3 and 4 (not sure how you get to 61 weeks ).
It appears though that if you wait another two months, then you are ok

Yes, you can use any combination - just emp 2, 3 and 4 for example or employee 1, 2 and 4 or just 6 months of each.
You are pre-April 2014, so you have many different combinations possible

i just read these rules on https://www.gov.uk/english-language/app ... ifications
which means that i can use the same certificates that i used while applying for first T1 appication outside UK. can someone help if thats correct please
If your qualification has run out
Some recognised test qualifications only last for 2 years. You can still use a B1 level qualification that you took more than 2 years ago in 2 situations.
Applying for citizenship
You can use a B1 level qualification that’s run out if you’re applying for citizenship and it was accepted when you settled in the UK.
It doesn’t matter if the B1 level test you took isn’t on the current list of recognised tests. You don’t need to take another test.
Applying to settle in the UK
You can use a B1 level qualification that’s run out if both of the following are true:
it’s on the current list of recognized tests
it was accepted for another UK immigration application, eg when you got permission to enter

Hi all
i have been trying my best to secure some answer from Gurus and other members of this fourm but have not been successful. i request @marcNath @Zimba @CR001 and other member if you could spare few seconds and reply.
i have IELTS certificate which i used in my initial successful application in (march 2014 i gave that IELTS Certificate to ECO on the day of my interview at uk embassy Islamabad) it was valid from 28/02/2014 onward for two years and is expired now .
i just read in KNOWLEDGE OF LIFE AND LANGUAGE in the UK version 2 Page 11 section Indefinite leave applications
The English language test must have been taken no more than 2 years before the
date of application. However, tests that have been taken more than 2 years ago and
have since expired, can still be accepted where the qualification:
• is from one of the providers on the current SELT list
• has previously been accepted by us as part of another immigration application,
such as for entry clearance. A qualification that is not from one of the providers
on the current SELT list, is not acceptable even if previously accepted by us as
part of another application"
does it mean that i can still use my IELTS CERTIFICATE WHICH IS EXPIRED
if not please advise me if i need to resit another test for IELTS

No, you are claiming the points based on the fact that it was approved before - so no evidence submission is needed

Yes, you can use any combination - just emp 2, 3 and 4 for example or employee 1, 2 and 4 or just 6 months of each. i am under the impression that i cannot combine Sales Manager and Sales assistant job to Claim 24 months
You are pre-April 2014, so you have many different combinations possible
Dear Marcnath
just to clear my self
can i combine two diffrent tiles of jobs
e.g i have
emp 1 sales manager---------8 months
emp 2 sales assistant 1------8 months
emp 3 sales assistant 2------8 months
can i combine
sales manager's(8 months) months with 2
sales assistant's 16 months to get 24 months Two full time jobs.
if yes please can you give me a hint how will i fill this in jobs table for T1 to ILR (pre april 2014 .. i am under the impression that i cannot combine Sales Manager and Sales Assistant Jobs to Claim 24 Months

To repeat, since you are pre April 2014, you can have almost any combination. Assuming they are all full time jobs, you just list them as separate jobs.

Calculating the specified continuous period ?

Hi Gurus
version 17 July 2018 p8 of Calculating continuous period in uk i just read that
"Applicants can submit a settlement application up to 28 days before they would
reach the end of the specified period.
You must calculate the relevant qualifying period by counting backward from
whichever of the following is most beneficial to the applicant:
• the date of application
• the date of decision
• any date up to 28 days after the date of application "
my 1st T1ent visa date is 04/03/2013
while application date is 10/02/2014
• the date of application
does that mean i can use option of date of application and an apply for ILR 28 days before 10-02-2014?
guidance requested please.

i have few queries . clarification requested Gurus .
Q1.my Tier-1 Entrepreneur – Initial Grant
Date = 4th March 2014
date of entry 4th April 2014
Tier-1 Entrepreneur – Extension
valid from 17th April 2018
Expiry Date = 17th April 2020
Calculated ILR Application Date:
-28 days ILR Due Date = 03th February 2019
is the date for ILR application correct please ?
Q.2
as i am applying for ILR within 12 months of T1 Ent extension then it means i can claim job points 12 months immediately before which would be Feb 2018 to Jan 2019 .T1 extension was granted 17-04-2018 . is it correct or i am making any mistake ?
