Set(O) if she is on a PBS Dependent visa. She needs English B1 or UK NARIC Red Route for her foreign degree. Both cost the same, £150 but English test is quicker. She also needs LIUK.

Appriciate your quick reply earlier.
Can you provide some information on Finace, we dont have joint account. She has required money in her bank account, Is there anything i need to provide
a) like my payslip
b) letter from my employer
C)My bank balance of covering funds for both of us.(please note she has enough funds in her account as well).

And for living together does marraige certificate is enough or any bills like council tax bill is required.

Thanks

There is no 'maintenance fund' requirement for ILR.

You only need to submit payslips and bank statements to prove you get an income and can support yourselves.

You don't need an 'employer letter'.

You also need to prove at least 2 years evidence of cohabitation with bills in joint names or addressed separately to each of you for 2 years.
