Hi all experts,

Could I please seek to clarify few things about my wife's ILR application

I have naturalised and now british citizen via tier 2 work permit 5 year + 1 year of ILR
My wife and kid entered Uk as my dependents in march 2013, now both applying for there ILR as now both have completed 5 years as my depnedents on tier 2 dependents.

completing set o form:
1. main applicant is wife and dependent is child, is this correct
2. she has been working from december 2016, she has her payslips and bank statements, which we will provide, i am puzzled what to put in 5.6 and 5.7, I have read on the forum that many people in my situation left these section empty, is this correct.
3. i have filled in my wife's abscences which is 104 days in total over 5 years, so that should not be problem and not submitting any letter from employer, is this ok
4. does the form needs any of my documents. if yes which ones
5. in first section i should select main applicant and one dependent that is £4778, is this correct. i am planning for premium application
6. I think section 6.10 and 6.11 are not applicable as she never went outside UK , except to india
7. section 6.12 i have filled in date for my kids entry which was same as my wife
8. re section 6.14, as last BRP was issued in june 2017 ( which was 3 year extension pbs/ tienr 2 dependent)
i have selected no, is this correct, and then did not fill any abscences
9. section 9: not applicable to me
10. for finances last 2 years bank statement is fine. or should we need bank statement of all 5 years

5.6 and 5.7 is NOT relevant to her as she is NOT the main Tier 2 visa holder (that was you).

No letter required.

Don't think so, perhaps copy of your passport.

5. in first section i should select main applicant and one dependent that is £4778, is this correct. i am planning for premium application

If you apply using premium service, you pay the fee online which is £2,999 for each applicant. Leave payment page blank. You do realise that you could have applied earlier and before the fee increase on 6th April.
