hi CR001
i was on Tier one general Catergory from March 2014 to Feb 2018. I have switched the Visa category to Tier 2 General visa in Feb 2018 .
Can i combine the above 2 categories to qualify for ILR in Feb 2019 - when i complete my 5 Years of lawful stay ?
Thanks

I have split your post to its own topic. See
point 12 in the forum rules FAQs (click)
PBS Main visa routes such as yours (assuming you are main visa holder and not dependent), can be combined.
Any tax amendments on tier 1 G might (if you had them) or income declaration discrepancies might still be an issue though.

Hi
Thanks for replying back.
I am the Main Visa holder in both the categories.
i dint understand the second bit you said.
"Any tax amendments on tier 1 G might (if you had them) or income declaration discrepancies might still be an issue though."
Most of my work was through My limited company while on Tier 1 general and PAYE now (since Tier 2 General)

If you had tax amendments on Tier 1 General or declared different incomes to HO and HMRC, expect your ILR application to be heavily scrutinised.

If your income declared to HO for any Tier 1 G extensions and the income declared to HMRC for tax matches, then you should be fine.
