10 year long residency

hi all i am asking this question on behalf of my friend

she came in this country student depandant on 2010 december
in 2012 she applied FLRO
and after that she was continue doing appeal , JR
and than move to Asylum and appeal..

so on she manage to continue living in UK cases to cases and recently she granted
leave to remain based on 7 years kids in this country

my question is is all the above time she spend count towards 10 year long residency or not ?

Depends on if she had break or overstayed or not. Cannot tell with thus brief info.

She didn't leave UK at all she was not granted any leave and never overstayed as she applied in time new application and also filed appeal in time and went to JR etc all in time

Kindly tell us about her immigration history with dates of each event. In my view if she failed in JR and than claimed asylum and than went for appeal , her continuity broke and not qualify for ILR under LR.

Yes JR was refused and than she went for Asylum claim and after that apeal and with further fresh submission she got Leave to remain under article 8 family life so you are right 10 years continuous period break thanks for reply
