Continuation for 10 years (ILR)

Dear all,
I came as a student in June 3rd 2009 to may 2011
PSW in time may 2011- May 2013
Tier 4 visa applied in time May 2013 to June 2015
Applied Flr fp June 2014
Refused December 2016 without appeal right.
Within 14 days applied another Flr(Fp) which is still pending.
I am just wondering is continuation for 10 years (ILR) chain broken or not?
