Hi all!
have a question for you.
I've got Tier1E issued in 5/2013, had extension in 8/2016
now I'm planning to apply for ILR and got a bit confused.
during extension process I provided information about created 4 full time positions, people work up until 2013, since then company not in operation, so could I still claim points for their employment during ILR application?
or it should be additional jobs created after 2013?

Since when has your company not been in operation??

What have you been doing in the UK if you are not operating a business?

previous company closed in 2013
now I'm director in another company and wondering if I should get my employees involved or I can you previous information since it fully stored in my files

My understanding is you need employment since your last extension.
