Hi guys,

my son was born in UK 2 years ago, and my husand received his ILR card (through PBS T2) in last month. My son and me we are going to apply ILR soon.

My question is, which documents should we provid under my son's name? Any proofs for address that we have been living together? I dont think there are many we have.

Thank you very much.

Your son (born in the UK) does not need an ILR. He will be eligible for BC directly once either of the parents gets an ILR. You need to register your son as British Citizen via form MN1 and then apply for a passport.

Thank you for your reply.
My son has got his passport from our country, and our country does not allow dual nationality. So we decided to apply ILR for him, just in case we will send him back to our original country for schooling, because it's very expensive to enter schools if you are a foreigner.
